Personal training with a biomechanics coach is very different to a personal trainer, as the first starts with a biomechanical assessment to check how your body is

working and a discussion to determine your health goals and fitness aspirations.
The assessment is the foundation of building you a unique programme, which means we are starting to address your body’s needs ensuring any dysfunctions are addressed to ensure smooth injury free training.
It will include continued reassessment to develop and progress your training programme.
Training with me will empower you to stay on track achieving your goals, reassessing them and setting higher goals, whilst staying injury free.

So if you are looking to prevent injury, improve posture, lose weight change your appearance or train for a specific event or have been advised to strengthen your core, I am the person who is going to help you achieve this.
I work to a biomechanical model designed by Leading Physiotherapist Martin Haines.
